Siebel Mobile: Incorrect Mobileapplist.lst sample files provided in Bookshelf Mobile Guides (Doc ID 2240881.1)

Siebel Mobile Specific - on version: 16.10 [IP2016]

After following the instructions to enable Siebel Mobile application access - from Siebel Bookshelf Guide
( )

and applying suggested configurations, the Mobile application cannot be accessed.
Connectivity from mobile device to that Host Server address (using browser) works fine.

"Invalid Host Server Address"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the steps from Bookshelf - Mobile guides to setup the Mobile application;
2. Install the Siebel Mobile MAF container app from Google Play Store (or Apple AppStore for iOS devices);
3. Start the Siebel application and enter Host server address;
4. But when trying to Get Application List, this returns above error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Mobile applications.
