On : 15.12 [IP2015] version, Installation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer added F5 Big IP to load balance two Siebel Web Server and after logging into Siebel the homepage is a blank screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After logging into Siebel the homepage should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Siebel url
2. Login to Siebel

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Siebel.
