Siebel Application Is Not Accessible with Error "SBL-SEC-10018: Trust token mismatch" when Integrated with OAM SSO (Doc ID 2241242.1)

Siebel application is integrated with OAM (Oracle Access Manager) SSO. After implementing all steps, siebel application is not accessible.

Where as Siebel application is accessible with simple LDAP. When trying to access with OAM SSO, it is failing with below error

GenericLog GenericError 1 00000004587c0f82:0 2017-01-16 11:45:03 (secmgr.cpp (2679) err=4597538 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: Trust token mismatch

GenericLog GenericError 1 00000004587c0f82:0 2017-01-16 11:45:03 (secmgr.cpp (2735) err=4597527 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10007: The password you have entered is not correct. Please enter your password again.
