The document Configuration Changes to Append Search Specification During VORD Projected Asset Cache - Initialize or Retrieve (Doc ID 1375349.1) states that:

Typically the Search specification can contain static data e.g Status <>'Cancelled'. The syntax should be without enclosing the entire search spec in double or single quotes.

Customer wants to be able to add a dynamic search spec for BS "VORD Projected Asset Cache" Service Account Id in his case and they are not able to do that.
