Symptoms

On : 16.7 [IP2016] version, Configuration - Dev Env

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
View Tabs are behaving differently in different browsers

In the Siebel Partner Portal, view tabs behaving differently in different browsers.
In Firefox it is coming up correctly.
In IE if we click on the drop down, the list of views are showing in the end of the page
In Chrome, If we click on drop down, nothing happens.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

View Tabs should be displayed correctly in all the browsers: IE, Chrome, Firefox



STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. Open Siebel Partner Portal
2. Navigate to Service - Service Details
3. Press on Service Details tab
