While creating new Integration Object based on "Contact" Business Object using the below steps

1.In Siebel Tools, File -->New Object.

2.In the New Object Wizard, Select tab "EAI" , Select "Integration Object" and click on "OK" button.

3. In the integration Object Builder, select Project as "Contact" and select the business service as "EAI Siebel Wizard".

4.Click Next and in the second page of the Integration Object Builder wizard:

a)Select the source object. This is the object model for the new Siebel integration object. Select "Contact" Object.

b)Type a unique name in the field for the new Siebel integration object(In this case type "Contact" ) and click Next.
