sarmquery - discrepancy between resptime and histtime arguments (Doc ID 2243770.1)

Symptoms

When these sarmquery commands are run:
sarmquery.exe -input C:\sarmfiles\ -sel area=SCRIPT -sel instance="Service [PTSB Application Creation]" -agg instance > C:\Serv_Instance.txt
Output is
Histogram Of Percent Times

Output is
Histogram Of Percent Calls

3500 ~ 4000 100.000 | . 1 100.000

Please notice how response time 1361.264 is not falling in 1000-1500 range, but in 3500-4000 range. Need to understand the discrepancy.
