Home Page is not Properly Rendered in IE11 after Browser Clear Cache (Doc ID 2243781.1)

On : 15.17 [IP2015] version

When logging the first time in application after browser clear cache the homepage is not properly rendered, only in IE11 browser.


After pressing the refresh browser's button the home page is displayed correctly.

Homepage should be rendered properly at first login even if all temporary Internet Files are deleted from IE11 Browser.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Internet Explorer options

2. Under General tab click on Settings -> View files

3. Delete all files from Temporary Internet Files

4. Login into Siebel Open UI and notice that homepage is not rendered properly. Click on refresh button and notice that home page is rendered correctly.
