After Change Of SADMIN Password, Siebel Server Service Does Not Start

On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, System Admin
After changing sadmin password, the Siebel service will start, but ends up failing. According to SRBroker log, there is a failed login for SADMIN.
It is possible log into srvrmgr with new password.
