DrillDown Is Not Working In Child Applet Of FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet (Doc ID 2244498.1)

On : 16.7 [IP2016] version,

DrillDown is not working in Child Applet of FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(I)Creating Drilldown object:

1.Log in to Siebel Tools as an administrator.
2.Lock the FS Dispatch Board project for editing.
3.In Object Explorer, navigate to Applet, 'FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet' then Drilldown Object.
4.Create a new record, and update the fields with the following information:
  (a).Enter 'Full Name' as the name of the record.
  (b).Enter 'Full Name' as the Hyperlink Field value.
  (c).Enter 'Employee Monthly Calendar View' as the View value.
  (d).Enter 'id' as the Source Field value.
  (e).Enter 'Employee' as the Business Component value.
  (f).Enter 'id' as the Destination field value.

(II)Creating Applet User Properties for Drilldown

1.Lock the FS Dispatch Board project for editing.
2.In the Object Explorer, navigate to Applet, and query for the 'FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet'.
3.Navigate to Applet, then Applet User Prop, and query for 'Pane 0 Col 0*', making sure to include the wildcard asterisk symbol (*).
4.To add these records, see Creating the Applet User Properties.

The user properties for the new column appear.

Create user property records for the drilldown.

Name - Value

Pane 0 Col 0 Attr 2 - IDO, Full Name
IDO denotes Drilldown Object.

Pane 0 Col 0 Attr 3 - DDFLD, Id
DDFLD denotes Drilldown Field.

Pane 0 col 0 Attr 4 - IDD, Full Name

Pane 0 Col 0 Field 1 - Id, DDID
DDID denotes Drilldown ID.

**Tried with either (Attr 2) or (Attr 4) and also with both the attributes.

Test it:

- Go to Dispatch Board - Full Name is now there

- Drilldown in any Full Name

- It does not do anything- stays in current view
