On : 16.1 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer was unable to launch Siebel Application IP 2016 patch 10. Customer performed a migration from Siebel 8.1.1.11 to Siebel IP2016 patch 10 and ran IRM process successfully.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should launch after upgrading to IP2016.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform upgrade from Siebel 8.1.1.11 to Siebel IP2016 patch 10.
2. Make sure that the upgrade/IRM process is successful.
3. Try to bring up the application and check to see if application is loading.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in and this was causing a setback.
