SBL-SEC-10018: Can't load sscdo90(SBL-GEN-02500) error seen when trying to launch Siebel IP2016 post successful upgrade (Doc ID 2244887.1)

On : 16.1 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

Customer was unable to launch Siebel Application IP 2016 patch 10. Customer performed a migration from Siebel to Siebel IP2016 patch 10 and ran IRM process successfully.

Application should launch after upgrading to IP2016.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform upgrade from Siebel to Siebel IP2016 patch 10.
2. Make sure that the upgrade/IRM process is successful.
3. Try to bring up the application and check to see if application is loading.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in and this was causing a setback.
