It has been observed in Siebel Web Server Extension log files that Siebel CTI Toolbar request takes several seconds or even minutes. Is this a standard behavior? Could this indicate a bad performance of the Siebel Application?
For example here is part of a SWSE log file tracing a Siebel CTI Toolbar request which took about 36 seconds to get a response back in our Linux Web Servers:
