ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Recent record in Accounts Screen Home Page not showing date as per the locale settings

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Recent Records in Accounts Home page should show the date field values as per locale settings.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Locale as per requirement for Date values.
2. Navigate to Accounts Home page
3. Date field value not shown as per Locale settings.
