New Record Button In Calendar Applet Is Missing (Doc ID 2245174.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.7 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

New Record button in calendar applet is missing after migration from one environment to other environment.All the vanilla files are getting loaded fine.

ERROR
-----------------------
SBL-DAT-00393: An end of file error has occurred. Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch application: http://localhost/partnerportal_enu
2. Navigate to Site Map > Calendar
3. Select Calendar -> All Accessible Daily or
Calendar -> All Accessible Monthly or
Calendar -> All Accessible Weekly
4. Press "New" button
5. Result: The + (plus sign) for new record displays a button with "New" caption. The error message is displayed.
