Symptoms

STATEMENT OF ISSUE/ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

In the application is a constellation, where it is expected an exception, but the Siebel script engine "swallows" it.

The actual behavior is, that:
 - there is no exception
 - the line with "step 8" will be executed.

REPLICATION STEPS:
==================
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. This can be reproduced with the sample runtime business service.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
====================
The expected behavior is, that:
 - upon running the service an exception pops up as a result of the RaiseErrorText ("buslogic: error for user")
 - the line with "step 8" will not be executed, because it is out of the try-catch-finally, where the exception occurs.
