Parsing a SWSE Log File Cookie (Doc ID 2245379.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 22, 2017

Applies to:

Siebel CRM - Version 15.5 [IP2015] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

According to the Bookshelf > Siebel System Monitoring and Diagnostics Guide > Configuring SWSE Logging and Monitoring >  Parsing a SWSE Log File Cookie

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E63029_01/books/SysDiag/SysDiagSWSEstats4.html#wp1011920

The SWSE log file encodes system data in hexadecimal format at the end of the user session cookie. An example cookie follows:

cookie (siebel.TCPIP.NONE.none://<web_server_hostname>:2320/siebel/SCCObjMgr_enu/!24.8c4.1779.3db56d28)

In Siebel Innovation Pack 16 (IP 16) we can see the following cookie:

(siebel.TCPIP.None.None://<web_server_hostname>:2321/esia16/SCCObjMgr_enu/!1.12cc.O48mv7vUbFnuzcjxiNlo0QFYI8Va.58cb93fb.0000004058cb138c)

Is a little different the SWSE cookie than the way it used to be in prior releases?
