IP 15.12 Shows Blank/White Page After Login no error seen in logs

On : 15.12 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality
Post upgrade to IP 15.12 shows blank page after login and in swse logs no error, even AOM logs shows no error, web server logs indicate error with 302 redirection code.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 126.96.36.199 to 15.12.
2. Open Siebel Application using iplanet web server.
Upgrade from 188.8.131.52 to 15.12.
