Inconsistent display of manual add flag in coverage tabs

Manual Flag should be set correctly in the Coverage Team view

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Accounts
  2. Assign a Team Member to the Account Team manually
  3. The Manual Flag is set correctly
  4. Now Navigate to Coverage Team
  5. Notice that the Manual Flag is not set in the UI
  6. Add another member to the Coverage Team
  7. Notice that the Manual Flag is not set
