Siebel Usage Pattern Tracking (UPT) Feature Is Picking Files Only From One Server (Doc ID 2248486.1)

Goal

In this Customer situation they have 3 Siebel Servers i.e. 0026, 0027, 0028. Object Manager is installed on 0027 and 0028. Workflow Process and Batch mangers are installed on 026.
It is found that Usage Pattern Tracking  (UPT) files are getting created on 0027 and 0028 since object manger is installed on these server.
When Customer try to import the UPT files data to Siebel tables using "UPT Process" workflow through Administration->Jobs, it is not picking Usage Pattern Tracking (UPT) files data since workflow process batch manager is installed on 0026 box and UPT files were generated on 0027/0028.

Question How can Usage Pattern Tracking Process automatically pick UPT files data generated on all siebel server.
