After Upgrade to Siebel IP2016, Repeating Campaign Scheduling is no Longer Working (Doc ID 2248519.1)

On :  16.3 [IP2016] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
After upgrading to IP16, scheduled campaigns are no longer working. For instance, if you create a daily occurring campaign it will execute the first scheduled campaign. However, subsequent campaigns are not getting executed and we also do not see additional Calendar activity getting created. On checking the system tasked under the Campaign, we see a task:

Status: Cancelled
Details: Marketing Task is Cancelled due to re-scheduling

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Scheduled campaigns should executed as created in the scheduled Calendar view under the Campaign.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Set-up a Campaign to execute as normal.
2. Navigate to: Campaign Management > Schedule
3. Create a new schedule to repeat daily, can be a Load or a Launch.
4. Set the 'Active' Flag to True and save the activity record.

We see that the first occurence is executed, but subsequent activity does not execute.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this, administrators are unable to schedule campaigns automatically.
