ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Calendar applet is not displayed in Public Sector application home page 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Calendar applet should be displayed in Home page of Public Sector application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel ePublic sector application
2. Navigates to Home Page
3. Calendar applet is not displayed
