ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

accessing the customer url brings up "This site can't be reached" ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

accessing the Siebel customer website should bring up the login page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. access the customer url in the client browser

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Siebel website.
