Symptoms

On : 16.9 [IP2016] version, Order Management

Products are not released after records are imported using the ISS Authoring Import Export Service Method "Post_EIM_Upgrade".

Products should always be released when using the release button

STEPS
1. Import records into the Siebel tables using ISS Authoring Import Export Service Method "Post_EIM_Upgrade".
2. Open the UI.
3. Select the 'Release' button.

Result: Nothing happens


Changes

 Application was upgraded from 8.1.1.9 High Interactivity to IP2016  (Open UI).
