ISSUE STATEMENT

The Add Item Button And The Product Price Options Are Not Available in Loyalty Portal
ENVIRONMENT
---------------
Application & Version 8.1.1.14 [IP2014]
STEPS
---------------
1)Setup Product with type "Loyalty service" or "Airline"
2) In point View under product , should have defined Point type = Points payment mode = pay , Transaction Type = Redemption
3) Go to Product>> Pricing Tab and add the product to the Master Pricelist
4)Navigate to Adminisitration - Catalog and create public Catalog
5) At Category level - set display template as Redemption and add this product
6)Refresh cache for the categories and refresh the product cache.
7)Create Loyalty member with User for which you have logged in.
8)Login to eLoyalty portal with user
9) Select Buy/redeem product
10)Select catalog then category - product added
Result
Product applet with Add item button disable and below that Price Option List applet is blank -(No record display in applet "LOY Product Catalog Redemption List Applet Simulation" with View "LOY Product Detail -
Features View - Redemption - Simulation")
Now Set the Display Template to null at the Category level and retest
Result : the Add item button is available but the Pricing option is still not present
