Siebel EBC Username And Password Are Stored As Cleartext In The LDAP Side (Doc ID 2251223.1)

EBCs have been configured for integrating legacy application data to render in Siebel. As LDAP based authentication is being used, the details of username and password were entered for that external databases in the LDAP.
These LDAP entries stored the username and password are in the form of clear text which is found to be security violation for your corporate security policies.

Question is these LDAP entries can be encrypted instead of clear text?
