Symptoms


You can get two views in query mode simultaneously. This confuse users and is misleading only one query mode must be active at the time.

STEPS

  1. Log in Siebel App.
  2. Drill down on one account
  3. Select opportunities tab
  4. Under opportunities tab you have related opportunities
  5. Click on query on Opportunities view
  6. Click on query on related Opportunities view
  7. Note that both view stay in query mode
