Open UI: Wrong Query Results On Pick Applet (Combo Box Vs Standard Query) (Doc ID 2252461.1)

The scenario for this particular issue is that the results received when querying through the top ComboBox in a Pick Applet, are different than the Standard Query done by clicking "NewQuery" and then entering the values in the Query Mode Applet.
There should be no difference between the 2 queries.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Requests List
2. In the Form Applet at the bottom click on the Pick Applet for "Owner"
3. Click "Query"
4. Search by the List Column "Last Name" and enter: "XXXXXX"
5. Click GO
6. One row is returned
7. Search with "LIKE XXXXXX" on the Quick Query on top of the List in the Pick Applet
8. Click GO
9. More than one row appear

There is a code implemented in PreInvokeMethod, that checks only for method "ExecuteQuery":
