RegisterRequestCancelHandler Displayed Permanently In The Object Manager Log Files (Doc ID 2252998.1)

It has been noticed in the object manager log files the following pair of rows start to appear after a query is cancelled.

However, if no query has been cancelled these messages are not written to the logs.

Is this an expected behavior?
