Unable to Change the Primary Team Member in the Protocol Site (Doc ID 2253201.1)

Goal

 Users are not able to change the Primary Team Member for a Protocol Site.

The issue can be reproduced by following the steps:

  1. Navigate to Site Management > Protocol Site List > My Sites
  2. Open the Team MVG.
  3. Try to change the Primary Team member
  4. Unable to change the primary for the Team
