Unable to Change the Primary Team Member in the Protocol Site

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are not able to change the Primary Team Member for a Protocol Site.
The issue can be reproduced by following the steps:
- Navigate to Site Management > Protocol Site List > My Sites
- Open the Team MVG.
- Try to change the Primary Team member
- Unable to change the primary for the Team
