ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Open UI: Issue with Alarm

Customer is having issues with Activity Alarm Functionality in Open UI 16.8 [IP2016].

• The start time and the end time of the activity pre-defaults to the current time Stamp.
• In IP16.6 and their earlier version 8.1.1.7 the Start time and end time use to set to the nearest 15 min duration
  EXAMPLE: - Create an Appointment at 5.13 AM
  - Start time is set to 5:30 AM
  - End time is set to 6:00 AM
• While saving the appointment record even if the duration is defaulted to 30 minutes, there is no change in the End time.
• Only when they make some change in the Start, the End time is changing according to the Duration.

Happening in customized SRF.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While saving the appointment record the End Time should change accordingly.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Appointment at 5.13 AM
2. While saving the appointment record even if the duration is defaulted to 30 minutes, there is no change in the End time

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set the correct Start / End times.
