Symptoms

On : 15.16 [IP2015] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The moment Customer step off the Email Body, All texts in the Email gets wiped off.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The email Body should remains same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Customer has Opened the Email Applet triggered by F9
2) Customer has Updated Some text in the Email Body
3) The moment Customer step off the Email Body, All texts in the Email gets wiped off.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send the email because complete email body is getting blank and this is happening to all the Users.
