RaiseErrorText message is not consistent: Any changes that occur after RaiseErrorText message should be rolled back.

STEPS | NAVIGATION:
1. Created below custom code to show the faulty scenario:
RESULTS | FINDINGS:
#1 & #2. The row is saved. It should roll back the changes, not save them.
#3. The row is not saved, however, pressing Save a second time, it saves the record. Re-querying the List Applet will show the newly created row.
