Marketing List Import not Working for non ENU Object Managers like RUS or ARA (Doc ID 2255129.1)

On : 15.17 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
List Import not works for the object managers other than ENU like ARA or RUS

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------
File import should work for RUS-language SRF file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch application using RUS-language SRF file.
2. Go to List Management -> Lists -> Create new list "Тест импорта" with list type - internal (внутренний).
3. Go to Administration - Marketing and create new import task with below parameters:

Source type "text file";
Main object - "Prospect";
Import mode - "Update existing records";
File name - "Импорт_тест_17102016";
Field separator - ";";
Internal list type - "Тест импорта" (the one created in the step 1).

4. In the "View Data" tab can be seen the example records from file.
5. Press "Activate task" button.
6. In the "Execution status" tab can be seen the task created is finished with "Completed" status without errors.
7. Go to "List management" > "Lists" and notice that no data in list.
