Cluster Keys Are Not Generated Through Data Quality Manager Job In IP16 - SBL-DAT-00222 (Doc ID 2256154.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.10 [IP2016] version, System Admin

Cluster Keys are not generated through Data Quality Manager job in IP16

After IP16 upgrade, for newly created records cluster keys are not getting generated through Data Quality Manager component hence EDQ search is not happening. We have verified the parameters by comparing our pre IP13 environment.
We could see the error “An error occurred while invoking a method inside the Data Quality Business Service. For details please refer Data Quality Component log file for the Server Task from Data Quality job".

Another error in job log:ObjMgrMiscLog Error 1 0000019358ed3f68:0 2017-04-12 02:36:59 (busobj.cpp (1687)) SBL-DAT-00222: An error has occurred creating business component 'Contact Social Profile' used by business object 'Contact EDQ Thin BO'. This is no where related to our existing configurations in IP13.

For existing records EDQ server calls are properly happening and no issues observed in connectivity.
