Date In Open UI In The GUI Is Different From In The Db-Loyalty Transaction Date

On : [23016] version, Loyalty

Date in the db is different from that in the UI

Date in the db should be the same as the date in the db

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction
2. Use the Calendar to add a date in to a field
3. The date in the UI is : 22/03/2017 10:50
When we check in database, the date = 21/02/2017 23:00:00

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rely on the date in the UI
