Unable To Login Through Mobile App

We have a separate OM for the mobile app in Siebel. Its called "ServiceM". The OM gets DB authenticated. In production, when user connects to the OM through browser, it gets connected but when tries it through the mobile app ( iPAD), login fails. Attached are the OM logs showing the successful browser connection and the failed mobile app connection from Production :
1) Look for "oldUser=SADMIN, newUser=wul1" in "ServicemObjMgr_enu_0077_80740374_PRD_Success_Browser.log"
2) Look for "oldUser=SADMIN, newUser=undefined" in "ServicemObjMgr_enu_0077_80740380_PRD_Failed_MobileApp.log".
