Calendar Entry And Drill Down Does Not Behave As Expected (Doc ID 2256927.1)

On :  16.9 [IP2016] version, Configuration - General

Calendar entry and drill down on the Home page caused the below error.  When do the same actions from the Calendar tab where  same view is being accessed, the error does not occur.

You do not have the privileges required to view detailed information for this record.  Please contact your systems administrator if you would like access to this record. (SBL-DAT-00309)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the homepage
2. Click plus button on the calendar applet or drilldown on the calendar applet

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add calendar activity at the Home page
