Available Status Disappears When We Close And Reopen The CTI Toolbar. (Doc ID 2257217.1)

Symptoms

 WHAT IS THE DESIRED BEHAVIOR?
=============================
Message should display in status bar of CTI Toolbar with in
MessageDisplayInterval time even if user close and re-open the Communications
Icon

WHAT IS THE ACTUAL OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR?
==========================================
Message is not displaying in status bar of CTI Toolbar if user close and
re-open the Communications Icon with in MessageDisplayInterval time

Replication Steps:

------------------

1)Login to Application
2)Click on Communications Icon
3)CTI Toolbar will display
4)Click on Login button in CTI Toolbar
5)Observe 'Login Successfully' message in CTI Message bar will display for 7
second.
Note: In this scenario, customer is not facing the issue.

1)Login to Application
2)Click on Communications Icon
3)CTI Toolbar will display
4)Click on Login button in CTI Toolbar
5)Observe 'Login Successfully' message in CTI Message bar will display.
6)Once the 'Login Successfully' message displays, close and open the
Communications icon again.
7)Observe that 'Login Successfully' message will not display anymore.
Note: In this scenario, customer is facing the issue that even with the time
of MessageDisplayInterval, if user close and re-open the Communications Icon,
then Message is not displaying in Message Bar.
