Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Loyalty

When attempting to process transactions, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
SBL-SVR-01069: This component is using unique keys and it is trying to register an existing key
SBL-SVR-09016: Failed to get task instance: task number 1516240902. The task may have exited or does not exist.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create multiple transactions with the status as 'Queued'
2. Start the Loyalty batch engine
3. Errors seen in the logs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process records via the batch engine
