ERROR NAVIGATING TASK UI, WHEN LOGGED IN WITH 15 CHAR AND MONITORING LEVEL SET 4 (Doc ID 2258701.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User receives an error message while initiating the task flow.


This issue is on enabling PRM task log levels, Owner id ‘CHANDERASHEKARRAO’ is exceeding limit of 15 characters and throwing error message and working fine with ‘LEACHKAREN’ login for the same PO.
Once the logs level is increasing and we are creating SR it is not able to create instances for Owner Id 'CHANDERASHEKARRAO’ as Task instance monitor Bus comp Field 'Owner Id' length is 15 characters and also the Column associated to Field "Owner Id" is having length as 15. This is causing the issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SR should be create without throwing any error message

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel applicaiton
2. Create a Task SR with Owner id ‘CHANDERASHEKARRAO’
3. Error is thrown while creating errorr

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new SR with Owner id ‘CHANDERASHEKARRAO’
