CSV File Export with compression failing

On : [IP2013] version, System Admin

Customer is unable to export more than 1500 records if compression is turned on in the httpd.conf file. The popup box for exporting does not appear if using FireFox or the popup appears in Chrome however at the end of the processing there is a Network Error .

To be able to export all records with compression turned on in the httpd.conf file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. turn on compression in the httpd.conf file
2. export more than 1500 records
3. there will not be a popup box to export the records in FireFox or in Chrome there will be a Network Error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export more than 1500 records.
