Same Email Received Multiple Times for Specific Email Addresses

On : 184.108.40.206  version, Comms Server & Email Response
Same inbound email is being received multiple times. This is happening only for few specific monitored email boxes. Also this is a sporadic behavior.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Email Response module
2. Send an email to a monitored mail box
3. Notice the same email being received multiple times
