Goal

Customer has asked why the following repositories are no available in the Siebel database after upgrading from 8.2.2.14 -> IP2016

1) Prior Siebel Repository (vanilla 8.2x)

2) Prior Customer Repository (8.2x)

3) New Siebel Repository (IP16)
