Siebel Reports Fail to Schedule with Error SBL-EAI-05162 in EAI Component (Doc ID 2264042.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, Reports

When attempting to schedule BIP reports from Siebel application, the following error occurs for the job scheduled:

ERROR

Output failed.

[OUTPUT_ID=1039] oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

-> EAI component:

Changes

Issue has been noticed after customer copied the repository from DEV to QA environment.  But it can happen when the user who uploaded the report changes the password on Siebel.
