On : 16.10 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality
When performing a search using Query Combo Box on column Last Name from Case List applet or Type from Activity List applet no records are returned.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.1 Login into Siebel Public Sector
1.2 Go to Cases -> Cases List
1.3 In Query Combo perform a search using column Last Name
2.1 Go to Activity -> Activity List
2.2 In Query Combo perform a search using column Type
