Customer was unable to access the login page on one of their environments for last 2 months. When trying to access the web link, error:
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.
The services are up and running and have been restarted several times.
Issue is happening with Training Env.
