ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The first letter disappears

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The first letter also should get displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Siebel application using Open UI (IE 11).
2. Navigate to “All Service Requests”.
3. Click the magnifying glass to place the view into query mode.
4. Type Capital “O”, then wait 1 second.
5. Type “P".

Result: The first letter entered, "O", disappears.
