1. Create campaign
2. associate few contacts
3. Load campaign
4. Create Outbound communciation template with recepient group = "Campaign
6. Now try sending an email to the campaign owner id using Outbound
Communication Mgr BS, Create request method
7. Email goes to only campaign team memeber which is expected
8. but all teh contacts in S_CAMP_CON gets updates with status as Sent for
that campaign- which should not happen
