When attempting to call 'UCM Transaction Manager' invoke method: 'SOAPExecute'
the following error occurs.
CIF Transaction Mgr service failed to process the record with SDH Row Id=G-NP3. No user key can be used for the Integration Component instance 'Contact_Alternate Phone'.(SBL-EAI-04397)(SBL-IAI-00512)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. invoke 'UCM Transaction Manager' invoke method: 'SOAPExecute' and pass 2 children entities : Contact Communication Address and Contact Alternate Phone.
2. Notice the error CIF Transaction Mgr Service Failed To Process The Record With SDH Row Id=1-2IUXQV. Cannot Perform 'NewRecord' On The Business Component 'Com Exemptions Profile'(SBL-EAI-04421)
