Calendar Pick Stops Working After an Error is Shown in Applet (Doc ID 2268628.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Opportunities form applet, when some error is displayed (RaiseErrorText, State Model Error) the calendar pick stops working (if users click on it, the calendar isn't displayed), but if users open a pick applet or the calculator, the calendar pick works again.

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Calendar should work after error in applet.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Opportunities view and select an opportunity.
2. Click the calendar icon in the "Contract Start Date:" field and check that it works.
3. Try to change the "Sales Cycle" field to raise the TEST ERROR.
4. Click the calendar icon in the "Contract Start Date:" field and check that it doesn't work.
